 2. Delivery Timing

2.1 Gift cards are typically delivered within a few minutes of purchase. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to factors such as payment verification or technical issues.

2.2 If you do not receive your gift card within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder and then contact us at support@pplgiftcard.com

 3. Delivery Confirmation

3.1 Upon successful delivery, a confirmation email will be sent to the purchaser. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us.

 4. Non-Delivery

4.1 If a gift card is not delivered due to an incorrect email address or other factors, we may attempt to resend the gift card once the issue is resolved.
